Owen Davies

Owen Davies is a placemaking consultant and the founder of Owen Davies Consulting. He specialises in town and city centre regeneration and is a member of High Street Task Force Experts Panel for England. Owen has worked closely with the Smart Towns Wales programme over the past 2 years, developing a new approach for digital placemaking including creating Wrexham’s digital place plan. Owen will explain why digital place plans are vital to future proofing Welsh towns.
