Nan is chair of GlobalWelsh, the Welsh diaspora organisation spanning over 70 countries, and CEO of Four Communications Group, an international marketing services firm. As CEO and Founder Nan oversees strategy, operations, and commercial growth and is now leading on AI transformation. She is also a Trustee of the Wales Millennium Centre, the globally renowned arts centre for Wales and is a founding supporter of Funding Focus, campaigning for greater investment in female and minority-led businesses.
