Kevin Hegerty

Kevin has extensive management experience acquired over forty years in the Telecommunication sector. Recent roles included project delivery of 5PRING, the UK’s first commercial 5G application accelerator, a groundbreaking initiative sponsored by Government as part of DCMS’ 5GTT Programme, empowering more-than 500 businesses to explore the transformative potential of digital connectivity, and delivery of a technical mentoring program to businesses on behalf of Vodafone as part of Coventry University’s uXPLORE program.  Kevin currently leads the UKTIN Clusters Forum, an open group focused on facilitating growth in 5G innovation and wider telecommunications ecosystem across the UK’s Regions and Nations.
