Debbie Green - VP, Chief Operating Officer, UKI Applications, , Oracle EMEA
Debbie is the Chief Operating Officer for Oracle’s Applications business across the UK and Ireland, including the full solutions portfolio, Partner Alliances, Business Development and Solution Consulting organisations. She is responsible for supporting the UK&I Applications team to deliver the EMEA Applications Strategy.
As a longstanding member of the Oracle family, Debbie shaped her career through varied sales roles across Oracle licence and Consulting business, and honed her experience of technology and applications across all industries along the way. Helping customers transform their operations and finding new opportunities to create value within their businesses. Much earlier in her career, Debbie worked in retail banking and insurance at a time when both industries were transforming their online offering; she joined Oracle in 1997 in Technology and Application sales.
Debbie is deeply involved in Oracle’s OWL – Oracle Women in Leadership – movement and volunteers her time as a mentor. Inclusivity plays a central role in her leadership style and it is her belief that open minds are the catalysts for innovative ideas for the future
