Caroline Jerrett

Programme Manager of the Graduate Programme Wales. Caroline has over 40 years’ experience in Customer Service, Business Operations and at all levels of management. She has worked in regulated industries, such as telecoms and banking, for a significant amount of that time and understands the constraints and the opportunities that provides organisations. Caroline has also been involved in many technology based projects, designing customer/user journeys and maximising technology to work harder so that the user can work smarter. She is an advocate of talent management and developing opportunities for both individuals and employers. Caroline is also a business consultant with her own company and has worked with many companies focussed on improving their customer proposition through technologies and innovation.
