With 20 years’ experience in finance and business management, Kate has led successful teams in the entertainment, heritage and education sectors, supporting organisations to build financial stability and devise strategies that deliver exponential growth. As Managing Director of Sotic, Kate has spent the last decade supervising digital transformation projects for some of the biggest names in international sport. Embodying Sotic’s core values of quality, innovation and passion, she has led the agency through seismic shifts in cultural, operational and commercial strategy, positioning Sotic as the UK’s leading sports digital agency.

Kate is passionate about building diverse teams and cultivating transparent, autonomous and democratic working environments.
